I’m an arteest and I always like getting kudos!
WOW! In the six years we have been in business, I have never seen wedding pictures turn out so good! You did an awesome job! I always try to look at each Bride and Groom’s wedding proofs online and each time they may have three or four really good pictures. I was completely blown away when looking at Emily and Matt proofs! … We are in the process of creating a new website. I was wondering if I could have some of the photos to put on my new site?
It was kind of shooting fish in a barrel at the House Mountain Inn, it was so beautiful every direction I looked!
A great grand opening of Keswick Vineyard’s lovely new venue space!

One of my favorite sayings – life is too short to wear uncomfortable shoes! And its really true – if your feet are not happy, you will be miserable! Thats why I was so psyched to see these new shoes from Cole Haan featuring Nike Air technology. Bonus – how cute are they!?
You can find them and many more here at Neiman Marcus!
I’ve always loved her “real” clothes. Now I get to drool over her bridal gowns! Check it out here.
I am in love! Really! With this amazing shop in LA that takes vintage purses and repurposes them for modern fashionistas. I mean who wouldn’t want a clutch like this one?
Not just any cake but wedding cake. One of the perks of my job is the opportunity to taste wedding cakes (most times – I do let the guests get a piece first!!) And while a so so cake is unfortunately common, a really good wedding cake is a rare and wonderful thing! My shout out for the best wedding cake I’ve ever had goes to Loretta of Cakes by Loretta!
I first had her cake at Debbie and Timi’s wedding in 2004.
Not only were the cakes beautifully decorated,
they were the best cakes I had ever tasted!! Did I mention cakes, plural? Debbie was so impressed with her cakes she got two since she couldn’t make up her mind! (Debbie, right there with you!) I was lucky enough to have a huge piece of the most amazingly moist key lime cake and a little nibble of the chocolate cake remains (there were not many remains!) If you’re in the DC metro area, I urge you to put Loretta on your list of cake people to try. You’ll be glad you did!
